I would love to subscribe to Saponifier but I am concerned about giving my credit card details over the internet. How can I be assured that there is no risk of fraud occurring on my card.

Although our online order page is setup though a SSL Secure (128-bit encrypted Secure Sockets Layer), we do offer an alternative for those who prefer to pay offline. Click here to print a hardcopy subscription form that you can mail in.

I cannot read the downloaded pdf file. When I click on it, I get a pdf screen that is mainly black (no words, etc.) and a couple error messages pop up – Error ‘Cannot find color space named C50 and Error ‘The file contains information not understood by the viewer, Suppress further errors? What am I to do?

Which version of the Adobe Reader do you have installed? If you have not upgraded it in awhile, this might be the culprit. You can download the latest version here http://www.adobe.com/products/reader

I previously subscribed, however I have not received my confirmation email.

Please check your e-mail box Spam folder. We highly advise that you also add our email address to your safe sender list and mark any email received from us as not spam. If can not find your confirmation email and/or other notices from us, please contact us at saponifier@gmail.com and we will resend.

I am a new subscriber. Where do I go to download each issue?

Our subscribers previously logged into a protected page to download each issue, however, this was creating much more work for us. Thus, we are emailing our subscribers a link to download each issue as they are published. (no more need to memorize usernames and passwords!) :-)

I paid for an issue by issue subscription, but would like to change that to a 1 year subscription after reading your first issue. Can I change my subscription level?

Yes! You can upgrade (or downgrade) your subscription term at anytime. Just click on ‘Renew Subscription‘ and we will apply the new term to your existing term (no issues will be lost!).

How would I go about canceling my subscription once I’ve subscribed?

If you paid for your subscription with a credit card, please send an email to Saponifier@gmail.com with a request to unsubscribe.
However, if you paid using PayPal as your payment method, you can cancel your subscription within your PayPal account. The steps to do this are as follows:

  • 1.Click the My Account tab.
  • 2.Click the History sub-tab.
  • 3.Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show drop-down menu.
  • 4.Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
  • 5.Click Search.
  • 6.To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
  • 7.At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
  • 8. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.

Please note these steps only apply if you have a paypal recurring subscription in place.
